![]() Now, after reading your post I'm growing more and more confident that a batch of Kittys were manufactured with defective USB cords, which in my case broke right away, but in your case took a little longer. However, they also responded that my last headset likely had a wiring issue, a reason that was never suggested during the week I spent with customer service. They responded that the update ironed out some bugs for all Razer products that work with Synapse, which was the generic answer I was expecting. I noticed there was a recent driver update for Synapse (I do still have a Razer headset stand) and I reached out to Razer to see what kind of patches were implemented. I eventually returned the headset and gave up on Razer altogether. Spent literally every day for a week trying to solve the problem with Razer Customer Support, but to no avail.
